Code Talent

Code Talent is an IT recruitment and placement company based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. It connects French-speaking Malagasy software developers with employers in France, the rest of Europe and Canada, offering permanent hires, freelance and temporary placements, and dedicated offshore teams. Clients pay a single all-inclusive package covering HR, tooling and supervision, with no separate recruitment fee, and the company claims payroll savings of up to 30% and an average hiring time of 15 days.

Founded in 2023 by Myriame Andriamampianina, the company runs a standardised five-step process from sourcing to retention and reports a database of more than 5,000 qualified candidates and over 40 completed projects, with 80% of its 2024 growth coming from referrals. It has around 10 staff and has opened a Canadian subsidiary, Code-Talent Canada, alongside its French-facing site. Clients cited include a French B2B SaaS startup, a Canadian e-commerce scale-up and a Swiss product team.

In August 2026 Andriamampianina won the Anzisha Prize's Systems of Delivery award, one of four US$10,000 grand prizes presented at the African Leadership Festival, recognising the operational infrastructure she built to scale placements from a market where more than 100,000 young Malagasy compete each year for about 34,000 formal jobs.
