About Atomica AI
Atomica AI builds software it describes as an operating system for digital dentistry. Dentists and labs use it to design implants, crowns, splints, surgical guides and smile makeovers, taking a case from intraoral scan through to lab or 3D-printer handoff. The software accepts STL, PLY, OBJ and DICOM files from major scanners and is free to design with, charging per export or through volume pricing. The company also sells its own S300 intraoral scanner.
Atomica combines AI, robotics and 3D printing to make dental care more personalised and affordable. Founded by CEO Yahia Megahed, it lists its headquarters in Atlanta with an Egyptian team, and joined the seventh cohort of the Plug and Play Africa Cairo programme.
