Hatem (Taher) Kandeel

The path I have taken was by no means an easy one; it involved a good deal of change and ambiguity, and with that exposed to several great opportunities! Through my career I have not shied away from challenges yet I have embraced and learned from them. A good deal of my work involved bringing about organizational transformation, my ability to drive through a transformation as I did in most of my previous roles since 1990 having a strong, positive vision for the organization in the future, believe in it and get others to feel inspired and empowered to have and achieve this same vision. This is the mantra that I have followed and has served me well in different work settings.
