Ahmed Alaa

Ahmed Alaa is the founder and CEO of Cryptyd Inc, a mobile game development studio based in Alexandria, Egypt, specializing in high-quality AAA mid and hardcore games for smartphones. He founded his first gaming company, Spyros Entertainment, at age 18, which was among the first incubated by Tahrir Square and secured a deal with the lead publishers of Angry Birds. In 2013, he established Cryptyd, raising $180,000 from Cairo Angels. His games have achieved 1.5 million downloads and topped trending charts in Saudi Arabia. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Ain Shams University since 2021.
