Zilla Mary Arach is a trailblazing tech leader and Chief Product Officer at EzyAgric, spearheading innovative solutions at the intersection of agriculture and technology. As Co-Founder of Akorion Company Limited and former Co-Founder of Lacel Technologies, she has led digital transformation initiatives serving over 60,000 smallholder farmers with a team of 20+ employees and 460 village agents. With deep expertise in AI, data science, and product management, she has driven award-winning agricultural innovations using artificial intelligence and image processing. A passionate advocate for women in STEM, she was the first female guild president at Busitema University and continues to inspire the next generation of female engineers.
