Zaki Narjisse is the Directeur Général of Netopia Solutions, a Moroccan IT services and consulting company headquartered in Rabat. Since founding the company in 2004, he has overseen its growth into a leading provider of digital transformation, identity management, and enterprise solutions for governments, banks, and public institutions across Africa. A graduate of the Université de Technologie de Compiègne, where he earned a PhD in parallel systems architecture, Zaki combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. Under his direction, Netopia has delivered more than 300 projects, expanded its ecosystem through acquisitions, and strengthened its role in Africa’s digital future.
