Warren Myers is a South African tech entrepreneur and CEO of AURA, a revolutionary emergency response platform founded in 2017. With a background in finance and management, Myers began his entrepreneurial journey at age 23 by founding Myertal Tactical Security, an offsite CCTV monitoring company which he served as COO (2009) and CEO (2010-2019), growing it to monitor over 12,000 CCTV streams using AI video filtering software. In 2017, he co-founded AURA alongside Ryan Green and Adam Pantanowitz to aggregate armed response and medical services into a unified emergency response network. Under his leadership, AURA has expanded from South Africa into Kenya, United Kingdom, and secured $15.1 million in funding for US expansion as of 2025. The platform has saved over 422 lives and operates across multiple emerging markets.
