Victor Ogunbiyi

Victor Ogunbiyi is the founder and CEO of DAWN AI Study, a NeuroEdTech company redefining learning for Africa’s 40M+ neurodivergent learners. Based in Lagos, he leads the development of AIDA, Africa’s first AI-powered diagnostic agent for dyslexia, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges. A dyslexic thinker and neuroscientist, Victor champions inclusive education, blending AI, neuroscience, and design to deliver personalized learning pathways across Africa.
