Experienced in technology selection and implementation since 2009. I have had my hands in pretty much of everything that has equipped me as a strategic business leader. I have hands-on experience in the trenches and volunteer at the national level to advance the HR profession in Nigeria. I was previously a Council Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management & Chairman, 2016 CIPM Annual Conference Planning Committee; the Professional Institute’s flagship programme. I also teach Advanced Human Resource Management course for HR Professional qualifying examinations & help HR pros become better at what they do. I belong to some other local & international professional bodies. I serve as advisor to three (3) not-for profit organizations.I also have interests in Green Energy solutions and have been a delegate to the UNFCC. I enjoy speaking about religion, leadership, organizational/personal effectiveness, corporate culture, & innovative HR practices, among others. I hold a First Class degree in Banking & Finance, MBA in Financial Management, a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resources Practitioners License and currently completing my PhD in Management (Leadership and Organizational Change) at Walden University, USA.
