Tamir Sacks is the Co-Founder and CEO of PayCurve, a South Africa–based fintech company pioneering Earned Wage Access (EWA) solutions. He launched PayCurve in 2020, inspired by a personal philosophy of resilience and innovation, and has since guided its growth into a leading employee financial wellness platform. Under his leadership, PayCurve merged with Paymenow, creating South Africa’s first end-to-end solution now serving over 600 corporates. Tamir is recognized for his vision in empowering employees to move from short-term financial pressure to long-term resilience, while helping businesses strengthen engagement, retention, and productivity through innovative financial technology.
