Tamer Amer

Tamer Amer is an Egyptian entrepreneur and restaurateur with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. He began his career in the United States in 1998 as Assistant Manager at Texas de Brazil, later serving as General Manager at Picanha churrascarias (1999-2003) and Operating Partner at Spark Woodfire Grill (2003-2008). In 2008, he relocated to Egypt where he founded and operates multiple successful restaurants including Fuego grill & sushi bar and Longhorn Texas BBQ. Since 2008, he has served as Chairman of California F&B Group. In August 2021, he co-founded OneOrder with Karim Maurice, a technology-enabled digital supplier and wholesale distributor focused on the HORECA (hospitality, restaurant, and catering) sector, serving as CEO.
