I have a list of things that irritate me and in my spare time I automate them so I don't have to deal with them again. I’m an Operations Director, Automation Engineer and a studying Data Scientist working to better understand how machine learning can improve the Financial Services, BPO and Fleet Management sectors. My expertise includes project design and management, data analysis and interpretation, and the development and implementation of management tools for accurate daily decisions. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising solutions to intricate problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a positive, proactive attitude when faced with adversity. My specific fields of interest include data science and analytics, machine learning, project management, Financial Service solutions for fintech platforms and Business Process Outsourcing for international platforms looking to offshore their operations.
