Seif Thabet

Seif Thabet is Deputy Chairman and CEO of Juhayna Food Industries, Egypt's leading dairy and juice manufacturer. He began his career at Juhayna in 2004 after graduating from Modern Sciences & Arts University (MSA). Starting from operational roles, he held several managerial positions including Juice Factory Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, and Project Manager. He later served as Operations and Human Resources Director before being admitted to the Board of Directors in 2006. In 2016, he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board, and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer. He is also Vice President of the Chamber of Food Industries and former Treasurer at the Food Export Council. Thabet has completed leadership programs at top business schools including INSEAD. In 2025, he was recognized by Forbes Middle East as one of the Middle East's Sustainability Leaders, ranking 9th in the Food & Agriculture category.
