Scientist and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of energy and IoT. Currently Director of Research and Development at Circle Gas, leading clean cooking innovations. Co-Founded KOPAGAS in 2014, pioneering pay-as-you-go technology for clean cooking gas in Tanzania, serving over 250,000 households before acquisition by Circle Gas in 2020. Previously held roles at Columbia University as Research Scientist, The World Bank as International Consultant, and I4SD as VP Sustainable Energy. Expert in advanced metering infrastructure and LPG distribution digitalization. Developed the world's first commercial LPG smart meter. 2017 MIT D-Lab Scale-Ups Fellow. Holds PhD in Engineering from Imperial College London.
