Saad Kemmou is the Founder and CEO of Hsabati, a Moroccan fintech startup established in 2018 to empower very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises (VSMMEs) with digital management and financing solutions. A graduate of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business with a degree in international business, entrepreneurship, and marketing, he has built Hsabati into a modular platform offering tools for prospecting, stock tracking, invoicing, and financial management. Under his leadership, Hsabati has expanded beyond Morocco through incubators such as Plug and Play and 212 Founders, and was selected for Visa’s Africa Fintech Accelerator program in 2025. Saad also serves as Vice President of the Moroccan Fintech Federation, reflecting his broader commitment to advancing financial inclusion and digital innovation across Africa’s SME ecosystem.
