One of the greatest challenges in the average workplace is the use of productivity and collaborative tools. Most enterprises are paying more than they should. This is because they end up with one tool that does one thing while missing another. This then means the enterprise has to go after another tool to get what is missing from the current one. More tools means more training to increase on the adoption rates of the usage of the tools. Otherwise lower adoption rates becomes another problem that needs to be addressed. From 2011, I have been able to leverage on the use of technology to come up with creative ways in helping and training colleagues in finding solutions to problems that the company faces. I attribute most of my technical aptitude in the ability to learn, a positive attitude and general interest in technology which was ignited by early exposure through gaming on Nintendo’s Gameboy and later on computers by age 11.
