Ramdane Batouche is an Algerian entrepreneur who founded General Emballage in 2002, serving as Chairman and CEO. General Emballage is Algeria's leading corrugated cardboard packaging company with over 40% market share, operating three manufacturing facilities and employing over 1,150 people. The company serves more than 1,000 clients including major international brands like Coca Cola, Henkel, and Heineken. Prior to founding General Emballage, Batouche worked in the dairy production sector. In 2016, he successfully partnered with Development Partners International (DPI) and DEG in a $55 million private equity investment. He also serves as vice-president of CREA, Algeria's employers' federation, representing the Bejaïa region.
