Philisiah Sanguli

Philisiah Sanguli (Philisiah Mwaluma) is a Kenyan software engineer and tech entrepreneur. She is the Co-founder and CTO of CodeLn and CodelnPay, an AI-powered technical recruitment platform that helps companies hire African software developers. Since co-founding CodeLn in 2017, the platform has registered over 17,000 programmers (40% female) and secured jobs for over 1,500 African developers. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kenyatta University (2012-2017) and a Diploma in Software Entrepreneurship from MEST Africa (2017). Prior to CodeLn, she interned at Safaricom Limited and volunteered at Sote Hub mentoring high school girls in coding. She is passionate about achieving pay parity for African developers and empowering women in technology.
