Oliver Sabot is a social impact entrepreneur, executive coach, and investor focused on developing and scaling approaches to improve climate, health, and education outcomes, particularly in emerging markets. He began his career as a teacher in southern Africa and spent over a decade in leadership at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, serving as Executive Vice President for Global Programs and leading initiatives to reduce child mortality and transform health systems in over 20 countries. He also served as Chairman of the Market Dynamics Committee for the Board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. He has co-founded three companies: Kepler in Rwanda (2013), Spire in Kenya (2013), and Nova Pioneer (2015). Currently, he leads climate-related initiatives and investments for several philanthropies, serves as an executive coach for climate-tech companies, and is an active entrepreneur, investor, and board member. He is based in San Francisco.
