Olaedo Osoka is a Nigerian energy and agriculture leader with extensive experience in renewable energy and board advisory roles. As former Chief Executive Officer (West Africa) of Daystar Power Group, she led the company's expansion across West Africa from Nigeria into Ghana, Togo, Côte d'Ivoire, and Senegal, overseeing ~300 operational sites before the company's acquisition by Shell. At age 28, she became one of Africa's youngest female CEOs in the renewable energy sector. She started as a commercial lawyer at Udo Udoma and Belo-Osagie in Nigeria before joining Sunray Ventures and transitioning to renewables. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Forum for Women in Energy at West African Power Pool and holds multiple advisory board positions including the Afrika-Verein der deutschen Wirtschaft, Trine Investment Committee, and WElink Group. She was named Woman of the Year in Solar by the Africa Solar Industry Association in 2020.
