Biography

Nic Klopper is a serial entrepreneur and CEO of LXE Hearing (formed from the merger of hearX Group and Eargo in 2025). He co-founded hearX Group in 2016 and Lexie Hearing in 2020, transforming them from early-stage healthtech startups into multimillion-dollar enterprises operating in 38+ countries. Under his leadership, hearX Group was recognized by TIME Magazine as one of the Most Influential Companies in the World in 2023. He has founded 7 successful businesses and exited 3, including PropertyFrontier (2009), BuildVolume (2014), and a craft retail chain. His mission is to democratize hearing healthcare globally. Prior experience includes computer engineering and serving on TuksNovation's Steering Committee. He holds a Computer Engineering degree from University of Pretoria.
