Ngozi Dozie is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Carbon, a pioneering pan-African digital bank. With over 20 years of experience in finance and fintech, he co-founded Carbon (formerly Paylater) in 2012, transforming it from Nigeria's first digital lender into a full-fledged digital bank. Previously, he was an investment banker at JPMorgan in New York, a business process risk consultant at Arthur Andersen UK, and a financial analyst at Deloitte & Touche. He also served as Managing Partner at Kaizen Venture Partners and co-founded Nigeria's first distressed equity fund. A qualified accountant and CFA charterholder, Ngozi holds a first-class BSc in Physics from Imperial College London, an MSc in Computation from Oxford, and an MBA from Wharton.
