Co-founded MoneyHash in 2020, an Egypt-born, New York-based payment orchestration platform serving the Middle East and Africa. Previously served as CTO at XPay and co-founded multiple startups including Bteekh, a content creation platform, and EGYNCY, a digital marketing services company. Known for being a self-educated technologist who dropped out of Higher Technological Institute to pursue entrepreneurship. Advocates for non-traditional paths to success and skills-based hiring in the MENA startup ecosystem. MoneyHash raised $5.2 million in pre-Series A funding in 2024, led by Flourish Ventures. Previously worked at a payments company in Egypt with MoneyHash co-founder Nader Abdelrazik.
