16+ years of handling customer relationship to maintain and grow the business scope. During these years, I managed budget, resources, tenth of projects in parallel and drive business to continue successful. Managed revenue growth from 400K€/Year till 1.5M€/Year during 18 months. Increased number of managed products from 3 till 9 within 24 months. List of customers had been enriched from 4 till 18 and number of projects increased from 8 till 38+ project/year during the same period. Enriching the knowledge by MBA degree, it had increased the awareness about finance, marketing, business development and operation management. Multi-Site and Multi-Cultural Experience: 16+ years working with French teams, 8+ years working with American teams, 8+ years working with German teams and 6+ years working with Indian, Chinese and Malaysian teams. In addition, 9+ years working with projects managed between multi sites world-wide. This experience helps to satisfy all business needs (not only wants) and continue driving the business successfully while considering these diversity in teams’ cultures. People Management Experience: 16+ years experience in people management. Experienced in Ramping up a teams. Technical Experience: 20+ years of testing experience in different IT fields. Started as validation engineer in digital design field then moved to silicon-on-chip design house in Malaysia as testing team leader. I continue strengthening my testing capabilities and enriching testing tools experience by working in automotive industry till reaching senior testing manager position. Moreover, 8+ years working and managing projects get certified as CMMI-L3 and Automotive SPICE-L3.
