An engineer and entrepreneur with many years of experience building technology products that made their way into hundreds of millions of people’s lives. In previous posts, I have managed world-class teams and complex technology programs across multiple continents. My latest role with the CEO and co-founder of Tactful AI which is a UK technology startup specialising in customer experience software that is user-centric and powered by advanced AI and data engines. Tactful has been recently acquired by Dstny Group, a European leader in business communications. I consider myself an impact-driven entrepreneur, I believe that the primary purpose of leaders should be empowering their teams by creating the best environment and lean processes to help them achieve their jobs. By doing so these teams will be able to innovate and produce solutions and products that positively impact people’s lives
