Mohamad Darwish

Mohamad Darwish is the co-founder of IHS Towers and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of IHS Nigeria, the company's largest entity. With around 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, he is responsible for leading commercial strategies to support growth, overseeing strategic plans, rolling out sales strategies, and managing relationships with clients, regulators, ministries, and NGOs. He also serves as a member of the Executive Ethics Committee, ensuring Group-level compliance with international standards. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and CEO of IHS Nigeria from November 2015 until December 2022, and as Deputy CEO from October 2014 to November 2015.
