Michael Rothe

Michael Rothe is the founder and CEO of Flow Global, a fintech company headquartered in London, England. With a career dedicated to inclusive finance, he has held leadership roles across global investment, development agencies, regulatory bodies, and startups. His experience spans Citigroup, GIZ, the Central Bank of Uganda, and SmartMoney International, where he focused on digital finance and financial inclusion. At Flow Global, Rothe leads efforts to empower small businesses and mobile money agents in emerging markets through innovative liquidity solutions. He is also a board member of the Financial Inclusion Forum UK, advancing global awareness of financial inclusion.
