
Mawuna Remarque Koutonin is a Togolese entrepreneur, writer, and activist, best known as Founder and Editor of SiliconAfrica, a platform amplifying African voices in technology and social change. He also founded Goodbuzz, an early digital engagement network. Born in a remote Togolese village as the first of 36 siblings to earn a university degree, Koutonin has written extensively on African identity, economic independence, and global inequalities. With Master's degrees in Business Administration and Philosophy from Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille, he now leads Ollo Africa (Ohana Africa), a fintech transforming traditional African savings practices into modern digital solutions.
