Mary Njoki

Mary Njoki is a dynamic aeronautical engineer, mental health advocate, and entrepreneur based in Nairobi, Kenya. She holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Liverpool John Moores University and has dedicated her career to improving mental health access in Africa. As Founder and CEO of Stawi Global (founded 2023), she empowers caregivers and healthcare workers with mental health support tools, inspired by witnessing burnout among nurses. Previously, she served as Co-Founder and COO of PsychX.io (2022-2023), a health-tech startup making therapy accessible and affordable across East Africa. She is a thought innovator focused on wellness, mental health, and supporting tech professionals' wellbeing.
