Mark Williams

Mark Williams is a chartered accountant and finance leader with 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, and investment banking. He spent 20 years in investment banking with UBS and Nomura across Asia, holding senior positions including Managing Director at UBS and Head of Investment Banking for Asia ex-Japan at Nomura. For the past decade, he has focused on growing businesses in the sustainable food and agriculture technology sectors. As CFO of Insect Technology Group (AgriProtein), he raised over $50 million and managed global expansion. He later served as Group CEO of Ocean Harvest Technology Group, leading its IPO and international growth. Currently, he is CFO of Tropic, a company at the forefront of agricultural innovation. Mark began his career at KPMG in Sydney where he qualified as a chartered accountant.
