Mahmoud Ibrahim

Mahmoud Ibrahim is the Co-founder and CEO of Homzmart, Egypt's largest e-commerce platform for home furniture and décor, which he founded in 2020. The company directly connects furniture manufacturers with consumers and has achieved significant growth, raising over $39 million in funding. Prior to Homzmart, Mahmoud served as Co-founder and COO of Daraz, South Asia's leading ecommerce marketplace, from 2016 to 2019, where he built a thriving ecosystem with thousands of sellers and millions of consumers. His earlier career included roles at Jumia Group as VP Operations and Customer Experience Manager, and at Cisco Systems as a Customer Experience Analyst. He holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Ain Shams University.
