Linda Sigilai

Linda Sigilai is a global citizen, YALI and Acumen Fellow, and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and sustainability. She is the Founder of Tuwe Bora Limited, where she leads initiatives that support the reintegration of formerly imprisoned women, marginalized youth, and women from low‑income communities through skills‑based training and economic empowerment. Her work focuses on transforming textile waste into training and raw materials for the textile industry, advancing both community resilience and circular economy practices. Linda is committed to addressing social inequality, climate challenges, and building inclusive, community‑driven solutions across Kenya.
