Kevin Gawo

Kevin Gawo is a Kenyan tech entrepreneur and product leader based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Jumeni, a cloud-based field service management platform for waste collection and service businesses in Africa, which he launched in 2018 alongside Eyram Amedzor and Emmanuel Oduro. The company secured $100,000 in seed funding upon graduation from MEST Africa's entrepreneurial training program in 2018. Since April 2022, Kevin also serves as Head of Product at farmshare, a SaaS-enabled online marketplace connecting local food producers with consumers. Farmshare participated in the Techstars Farm to Fork 2023 accelerator program. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Industrial and Textile Engineering from Moi University (2012-2017). He specializes in product design, UX/UI design, rapid prototyping, and building enterprise software for emerging markets.
