Kenfield Griffith is a visionary entrepreneur and technology leader focused on bridging Africa's digital divide. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of tappi, a digital commerce SaaS platform for African SMEs, and previously founded Ajua (formerly mSurvey), Africa's first Integrated Customer Experience platform. Griffith holds a PhD in Design and Computation from MIT, where he researched computer automation tools for Africa. His entrepreneurial journey began at MIT and has since pioneered mobile-first customer feedback solutions. He also holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and was recognized in Forbes Africa's 30 Under 30 (2016).
