Ken Kakena is a tech entrepreneur from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Co-founder & CEO of Mekka Group, Africa's first enterprise neobank focused on transforming financial access for MSMEs. Born in France to Congolese parents, he specializes in fintech innovation and financial inclusion across Africa. He previously co-founded Wizall Money in 2015, a mobile money solutions startup that expanded across Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, and Côte d'Ivoire. He also serves as Advisor at Ministère du Portefeuille RDC. With over 15 years in financial services, he has pioneered digital payment infrastructure and mobile financial services across the continent.
