Kash Pandya

Kash Pandya is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure and engineering. He served as Group CEO of Helios Towers from August 2015 to August 2022, where he led the company's growth across African markets. Prior to this, he spent eight years with Aggreko plc as a board director and Managing Director, overseeing a doubling of their international business. His career includes senior roles at APW Inc., where he led operations outside the US, and CEO of Johnston Group. He began his career with an engineering apprenticeship at Jaguar in 1989, followed by roles at Ford Motor Company, General Electric, and Caradon plc. Currently, he serves as Vice Chairman of Vantage Towers and holds non-executive director positions at James Fisher & Sons plc and Axian Group.
