There are two things that make me tick professionally. One, the ability to develop visions and strategies that resonate with people and the world around us and two, the chance to take an organization from that shared vision to concrete results, by leading from the front. I have demonstrated the ability to do so in diverse contexts and challenging environments, from MNC’s operating in mature economies to UN and developing country governments all the way to agile, resource constrained startups. What ultimately drives me is leaving a footprint on this planet, a footprint that resonates with the challenges of our time and provides solutions that bear the scrutiny of history. An idealist? - a fair bit - but a hardcore professional and leader more than anything.
