Jonathan Liebmann

Jonathan Liebmann is a South African entrepreneur and property developer known for pioneering urban regeneration projects. He co-founded Flow, a proptech company revolutionizing the rental market with a shared value approach that offers tenants up to 20% of their rent back in rewards. Previously, he founded Propertuity in 2007, developing the acclaimed Maboneng Precinct in Johannesburg, transforming derelict industrial buildings into a vibrant mixed-use cultural hub. Starting his entrepreneurial journey at age 15, he purchased his first property at 18 and completed five businesses by age 24. He currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of BlackBrick Global, a hospitality venture. Liebmann earned a BCom in accounting from Monash University. He was selected as a Global Shaper by the World Economic Forum and recognized as one of Africa's 30 Under 30 Best Young Entrepreneurs in 2013.
