Jimoh Maiyegun is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Farmcrowdy, Nigeria's first digital agriculture platform, which he co-founded in August 2016 alongside Onyeka Akumah, Ifeanyi Anazodo, Akindele Phillips, Tope Omotolani, and Christopher Abiodun. The platform connects farm sponsors with farmers to increase food production and promote youth participation in agriculture. Prior to founding Farmcrowdy, he was among Jumia's first 50 employees. In 2018, he represented Farmcrowdy at the Global African Business Awards in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, where the company won the Digital Business of the Year Award for Africa.
