Jean-Claude Kunakey

Jean-Claude Kunakey is the Global Head of E-Commerce at Gozem, Africa's super app. He is the co-founder of Delivroum, Togo's first on-demand food delivery application, which he founded in 2018 in Lomé. Delivroum was acquired by Gozem in October 2020 and integrated into the Gozem Food vertical. In his current role, Kunakey manages e-commerce strategy and launches high-impact services across multiple African markets, including home gas delivery services. He holds a Master's degree in International Business Strategy from INSEEC Paris and a Bachelor's in Economics from Toulouse 1 University Capitole. Based between France and Togo, he focuses on leveraging technology to simplify daily life for families and businesses across Africa.
