Projects: 19 wind and solar projects in operation, totaling 1050MW, as Sponsor or EPC Contractor, in Sub-Saharan Africa. 3. Project Finance: US$800 million of financially closed renewable energy debt transactions 4. Merger and Acquisitions: Disposal of 457 MW (6 projects) of Solar PV 5. Bid Submission: REIPPPP Rounds 1 to 4.5 with 1632MW of Preferred Bidder awards under the different capacities of the majority Sponsor and the EPC Main Contractor 6. Setup Vestas' Southern African business: From 2 MW of installed capacity to delivered firm order intake of 1234MW in 5 years 7. Asset Management Managed the asset management services across 130MW of operational projects 8. EPC and O&M: Managed the successful EPC and O&M of 527MW of wind power projects in South Africa 9.
