As the Co-Founder and Chief Health Officer at Kera Health Platforms Inc., I lead the clinical aspect for development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that improve healthcare delivery and outcomes. With more than 18 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in transforming the industry with technology and innovation. Previously being a Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at AXA Africa Health, I successfully launched "OneHealth by AXA", a chain of state of the art medical facilities across Egypt & Nigeria. we also developed AXA's first in-house EHR and Teleconsultation platform, we called it "Peret". My core competencies include healthcare strategy, health insurance, clinical governance, healthcare operations, medical equipment and diagnostics, digital transformation, EMR and HIS, telehealth, remote patient monitoring, and wearables. I have successfully launched and managed multiple healthcare ventures and projects in Africa and the Middle East, leveraging my expertise in emergency and preventive medicine, healthcare management, and health insurance. I am passionate about creating positive impact and value for patients, providers, and stakeholders through healthcare innovation and digital transformation.
