Hallam Ford

Hallam Ford is COO at Locstat, responsible for leadership, operations, growth, product development, people management, projects, process, and effectiveness. A former British Army officer, he was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (UK) where he received training in leadership, strategy and operations. His military career included leading soldiers and managing large projects and cross-cultural teams in various countries, including conflict environments. After his military service, he served as Programme Manager and Capability Consultant at UAE Ministry of Defence for 15 years, followed by a role as Regional Director at Rheinmetall Defence. He is passionate about Locstat's graph-powered unified data analytics platform and its capabilities for organizations digitalizing their operations.
