As the Co-founder and CEO of Wyzetalk , we have built a business with a passionate and dedicated team that believe positive employee engagement can fundamentally change the dynamics of organisations. Wyzetalk has developed a patented mobile software technology that, combined with our content management experts, delivers a unique employee engagement solution for non-desk employees extending structured communication to any mobile device. Our professional services teams combine specialised research frameworks and case studies to deliver strategies that positively enhance employee engagement through structured communication across the entire organisation. My interest in employee engagement came about after I took a break from a successful 18 year career building the largest privately owned Concrete Masonry Business in South Africa, deciding to further my studies at UCT’s GSB by entering into an Executive MBA Program at the UCT GSB. Completed in 2012 my thesis was on “the delay of social business software adoption in the enterprise and its effects”. I am a dynamic, compassionate and driven entrepreneur.
