Elisha Moyo

Elisha K. Moyo is a seasoned corporate executive and highly skilled corporate and commercial lawyer with over 32 years of experience in commerce and legal practice. He is the founding partner of Moyo and Partners Legal Practitioners, established in October 2011, specializing in corporate law, tax law, insurance law, and banking law. He currently serves as Chairman of First Mutual Properties Ltd and Nicoz Diamond Insurance Company. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director at First Mutual Holdings Ltd, Vice Chairman of the National Biotechnology Authority, Councillor of the National Manpower Advisory Council, and Councillor of the University of Zimbabwe where he chairs the Compliance Committee. His previous experience includes serving as General Counsel of a listed Group and Managing Director of one of Zimbabwe's leading short-term insurance companies. He is also an experienced corporate governance practitioner and commercial arbitrator.
