He is Professor of Practice at Johannesburg Business School (University of Johannesburg) and founder of GovChat.Org, South Africa's official citizen engagement platform. As CEO of Suppple PLC, an AI-powered civic tech company listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, he leads innovations in government interoperability and ethical data governance. Son of former political activist Paul M Jordaan, Eldrid served as Ministerial Special Advisor to the Ministry of Public Enterprises and Advisory Board Member at Mxit. He won a landmark legal battle against Meta to protect digital sovereignty. Author of "The Silicon Empire vs Social Impact," he is recognized internationally as a leader in technology for social good.
