Dufie Addo

Nana Dufie Addo is an accomplished finance and investment executive with extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, and financial operations. She is the Co-Founder and CEO of Celerey, an AI-powered wealth planning fintech launched in 2025. Previously, she served as CFO of mPharma (2016-2020), leading financial operations and securing over $45 million in funding across eight international markets. She also held senior roles including COO of Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and Head of Special Funds at Development Bank of Ghana. Her career began in investment banking at Lehman Brothers and IFC. She is an Archbishop Desmond Tutu Fellow and Choiseul100 Africa Laureate.
