Dimeji Sofowora

Dimeji Sofowora is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Helium Health, a leading healthcare technology company in Africa that empowers healthcare providers through digital solutions. Founded in 2016, Helium Health participated in Y Combinator's Summer 2017 batch and has become the largest provider of full-service technology solutions for healthcare stakeholders in emerging markets. Dimeji is also General Partner at MAGIC Fund, a $30M early-stage venture capital fund focused on Payments and FinTech startups. A lawyer with strong business acumen, he gained experience in the legal and financial sectors at top firms including Goldman Sachs and Aluko & Oyebode, where he worked on M&A and capital market deals. Born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Dimeji was recognized as a 2019 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree and is a finalist in the 2026 British Council Study UK Alumni Awards for Business and Innovation.
