Biography

David Sherriffs is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance and corporate leadership. He served as CFO of Dimension Data from 2004 to 2018, managing financial strategy for a global technology services organization with USD 8 billion turnover and 28,000 employees across 47 countries. He then became CFO of NTT Ltd from 2018 to 2020 following NTT's acquisition of Dimension Data. Currently, he serves as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at NTT Ltd, overseeing governance, financial reporting integrity, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
