A techie at heart, entrepeneur by nature. Currently heading up a tech startup called CloudOne.mobi I founded in 2010 where we build disruptive business solutions using Cloud and mobile technology. Been in the software business since starting first company while studying for my BSC in CompSci at UCT, class of '82. Started, built and successfully sold 3 software companies over this time. In the wine business as owner of Vrede en Lust (www.vnl.co.za) since 1996. Married to Anneke, with 2 lovely daughters Jessica and Sarah from my first marriage and with little Anni and Ella as the little sisters. We live on Val de Vie Estate, 3 minutes away from Vrede en Lust, in the beautiful Franschhoek wine valley about 30 minutes outside of Cape Town. I enjoy boating, diving, fishing, golf plus the odd glass of wine or two
